

Registration information
GROUP COURSES
The registration process consists of two steps:
– BOOKING
– REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
To make a reservation, please send your information to info@robertorossidesign.it, indicating:
- Name and Surname
- Type of Course you are interested in
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- Residential Address (Street, Zip Code, City, Province)
- Tax Code
- VAT Number (if applicable)
The reservation is not binding on either party; it is a tool that allows the user to check availability for the limited-place Group Courses. After submitting your information, Roberto Rossi Design will contact you.
To complete your course registration, you will need:
A copy of the receipt confirming payment of 50% of the course fee, calculated based on the chosen course, to be returned to Roberto Rossi Design by email to info@robertorossidesign.it within 7 days of the course start date. This payment is a deposit and will be refunded in the event of cancellation, only if received via official communication within 5 days of course registration. (Following the deposit payment, Roberto Rossi Design will send you an invoice for the agreed-upon amount.)
SINGLE-USER, CUSTOMIZED, AND SPECIALIZED COURSES

GENERAL NOTICES:
– Roberto Rossi Design reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the requirements for the course to function properly are no longer met within 7 days of the course start date. In this case, Roberto Rossi Design will notify each participant by phone or email.
– All courses are subject to change or modification of the program at any time. Please contact Roberto Rossi Design for any clarification or further information.
