DOCCE SOLARI - SOLAR SHOWERS 'MONOLITH' SERIES: LIGHT MODELS (AVAILABLE), STANDARD MODELS (AVAILABLE), EXTRA MODELS WITH SOLAR TRACKER (UNDER COSTRUCTION)

DESCRIZIONE: La serie di docce wellness 'MONOLITH' nasce dalla richiesta di maggiore capacità di accumulo di acqua dato dall’energia solare. Si è coniugata l’esigenza alla comodità tramite l’innovazione ed un design accattivante, unico, mantenendo alto il valore del Made in Italy. Studiata per utilizzo pubblico in ambienti raccolti, di tendenza, inseriti in stabilimenti balneari, SPA, hotel ed agriturismi con piscine, yachts, navi da crociera, con possibilità di inserimento gettoniera integrata nella struttura della doccia. Perfetta anche per uso privato, a bordo piscina o in giardino, con eventuale alimentazione tramite attacco rapido per gomme da giardino. 'MONOLITH' è stato presentato come progetto innovativo al "SUN" in ottobre 2016, fiera internazionale dell'outdoor di Rimini riscontrando un buon successo e in ottobre 2017 sempre al "SUN" di Rimini, è stato presentato il primo prototipo funzionante. L'innovazione sta nell'applicazione di un pannello solare integrato in verticale nella stessa struttura della doccia che ha la stessa pedana automatica meccanica con la semplicità di utilizzo e risparmio energetico che contraddistingue tutti i modelli Easy Shower®. Questo nuovo modello ha una capacità di 90 litri circa di acqua per una produzione massima giornaliera di acqua calda a 30°C di circa 900* litri e circa 450* litri/gg a 35°C regolabili (* risultati ottenuti da test in zona nord-est Italia, con condizioni atmosferiche soleggiate, tempi e periodi di esposizione diurni variabili e temp. di entrata acqua fredda 16°-20°C). Potrà installare pannelli solari fino ad una capacità di 250 litri circa di acqua per una produzione di acqua calda molto maggiore. La sua forma è quella di un blocco monolite nero con dimensioni in altezza di circa 250 cm, 90 cm di larghezza e 25 cm di profondità, con la base comprendente la pedana automatica di circa 90x70 cm ed ha un soffione a cascata a filo della parete con una portata di circa 9 litri al minuto. Si sta prototipando in officina l'inserimento di un inseguitore solare per avere la maggior irradiazione possibile durante la giornata. Per quanto riguarda la sicurezza da eventuali scottature, l'impianto è tutto coibentato con doppia coibentazione da 150mm totali verso l'esterno e dal lato dell'esposizione solare, c'è un vetrocamera di grande spessore con una protezione ulteriore esterna tramite un pannello in policarbonato da 5mm che funge da anti shocking sia per alte e basse temperature sia per urti accidentali. Per lo scarico accidentale di acqua caldissima, l'impianto è predisposto con un apparato di sicurezza a norma di legge che trattiene l'acqua al suo interno e la scarica sotto pedana, in un pozzetto sotto pavimento esistente, in totale sicurezza. Saranno previsti vari modelli per installazione fissa, mobile con base anti-ribaltamento e ruote, mobile con inseguitore solare e pedana base circolare. Naturalmente con le due tipologie standard, base pedana automatica sopra al pavimento oppure base pedana a filo pavimento, si crea la possibilità di accesso anche per disabili con sedia a rotelle apposita. Tutti i modelli sono realizzati in acc. inox 316L nelle finiture satinata o lucida a specchio e 304 verniciato a polveri, sono modulari e possono essere integrati con altri modelli simili nel tempo. Inoltre da questa serie di modelli, si è sviluppata una serie LIGHT senza pannello solare quindi più leggera con dimensioni di ingombro più ridotte, ma con la stessa forma di monolite e soffione a cascata.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DESCRIPTION: The 'MONOLITH' wellness showers series born from the demand for greater water storage capacity given by solar energy. We have combined the need for comfort through innovation and a captivating, unique design, keeping the value of true Made in Italy. Designed for public use in trendy location, located in seaside resorts, spas, hotels and agritourisms with swimming pools, yachts and cruise ships, with the possibility of inserting a coin mechanism integrated into the shower structure. Perfect also for private use, poolside or in the garden, with possible feeding by quick coupling for garden tire. "MONOLITH" has been presented as innovative project in october of 2016 at the "SUN", the outdoor trade fair in Rimini and found some success and in October 2017, always at the "SUN" in Rimini, the first working prototype was presented. The innovation lies in the application of a solar panel vertically integrated in the same structure which has the same functioning characteristics of the automatic mechanical footboard remain with the simplicity of use and energy saving that distinguishes all Easy Shower® models. This new model Easy Shower® has a capacity of water of approximately 90 liters for a maximum daily production of hot water at 30°C of about 900 liters (adjustable) and it will be able to install solar panels up to a capacity of about 250 liters of water for a much higher production of hot water. Its shape is that of a black monolith block with dimensions of about 250 cm in height, 90 cm width and 25 cm in depth, with the base comprising the automatic footrest approximately 90x70 cm and has a flush to the wall cascade showerhead with a flow rate of about 9 liters per minute. A solar tracker is being prototyped in the workshopto to have the most possible irradiation during the day. About the safety from possible burns, the system is completely insulated with double insulation of 150mm total to the outside and on the side of the sun exposure, there is a large double-glazing with additional external protection through a polycarbonate panel of 5mm thickness that acts as anti shocking for both high and low temperatures and for accidental impacts. For the accidental discharge of very hot water, the system is set up with a safety device in accordance with the law that retains the water inside and discharged under the footboard, in an existing cockpit water under the floor, in total safety. Various models will be provided for fixed installation, mobile with anti-overturning base and wheels, mobile with solar tracker and circular base footboard. Naturally with the two standard types, by automatic footboard base above the floor or by the footboard base flush with the floor you create the possibility of access for disabled with special wheelchairs. All models are made of 316L stainless steel in satin or mirror polished and 304 powder-coated finishes, they are modular and can be integrated with other similar models over time. In addition to this series of models, it has developed a LIGHT series without solar panel therefore lighter with smaller overall dimensions, but with the same form of monolith and cascade showerhead.
